When I first started using computers:

I started using computers back in 1993. I was using an Apple IIGS at the time. Around 1996 I decided to switch over to windows. I can honestly say that I haven't touched a macintosh since then and hope not to go back macintoshes, one reason being that when I switched from the Apple IIGS to the Windows computer, the windows machine was much more user friendly, and it still seems to be more robust, user friendly, and dependable than the IIGS that I used to use.

I started repairing computers and troubleshooting computers on a hardware level closer to 1999. I started troubleshooting computer software around 1998. I was very much active in MSN's Computer Chatrooms when I was in highschool, and then once MSN's Chatrooms became part of a subscription package where you had to purchase one of their subscriptions such as Hotmail Plus to enjoy the use of their chatrooms I abandoned the chatrooms all together and opened my own company in the field of computer consulting and computer repair. To this day I still have that business.
